Curried Chickpeas


2 cans chickpeas drained

1 packet of kale-slaw

2tbs curry powder (this is eyeballed so adjust as necessary)

4 cloves of garlic


1. Add garlic to a fry pan on medium heat. Cook until softened.

2. Add chickpeas and curry powder to fry pan and cook until curry powder is fragrant.

3. Add kale-slaw and cook until softened.

4. Serve in pita bread with avocado, top with lemon juice and sauerkraut, or serve on its own in a bowl with avocado and lemon.
