Thanks so much for booking your free discovery call. I can’t wait to chat through your health goals with you!

Just a couple of things before our call:

 

  1. Add the call to your calendar so it will pop up with a reminder beforehand and if you can’t make it for any reason, that’s fine just make sure you give me a heads up at least 2 hours before and we'll reschedule it. 

  2. The call will be on Zoom so make sure you’ve got access to Zoom and you’re in a quiet spot with good internet.
