Salted Caramel, Activated Charcoal Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1


- 200g frozen mixed berries

- 50g frozen peas

- 1 medium banana (not frozen, if using frozen allow it to soften slightly for 5 mins before using)

- Vegan Salted Caramel Protein Powder (I use the PranaOn brand)

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- Splash of almond milk

- 1 tsp activated charcoal powder


  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. You may have to stop and start to scrape down the sides of your blender.

  2. Top with peanut butter, fresh fruit, and something for crunch! (my obsession at the moment is adding crushed protein weetbix to the top)
