Raspberry Coconut Baked Oats

Ingredients
40g rolled oats
1tsp chia seeds
40g Botanika Blends Raspberry Coconut protein
40g banana
200ml almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional Extras
Ground cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Greens powder
Toppings
Maple syrup
Coconut yoghurt
Frozen berries microwaved for 1 minute = berry syrup
Method
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into a wide, shallow bowl (this is my top hack for a fluffy cakey consistency & even cooking).
3. Microwave for 6-7 mins until cooked through.
4. Add toppings and you have one protein packed cake for breakfast that’ll keep you full for hours!
