Rainbow Nourish Bomb

⋒ Turmeric brown rice + quinoa
- add ½ tsp turmeric powder to the pot while it’s cooking.
⋒ Lemon dukkah greens
- kale, zucchini and broccoli in a pan with garlic. Finish with dukkah spice mix and a good squeeze of lemon juice.
⋒ Smokey roast sweet potato
- cut potato into cubes, cover in smoked paprika, garlic powder and a little olive oil, bake on 200 degrees until golden.
⋒ Tofu of choice baked in the oven or cooked in a frypan until golden and crispy.
⋒ Edamame beans
⋒ Good dollop of hummus
⋒ Sauerkraut
⋒ Extra lemon juice to finish
