Protein Skickers Bite


12 medjool dates

1/4 cup smooth, natural peanut butter (I use Mayver's Dark Roast)

15g vegan protein powder of choice (I use PranaOn salted caramel)

Pinch of salt

20g 70% dark chocolate

Small handful chopped peanuts (optional)


  1. Pit dates (don't cut all the way through)

  2. Combine PB, protein powder and salt until it forms a ball.

  3. Press mixture into dates, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

  4. Allow to set in freezer.
