1 cup dry red split lentils
2 cups water
1. Rise lentil thoroughly before placing a bowl with water.
2. Leave lentil to soak for 12 hours
3. *Do not drain lentils* Place lentils and remaining water into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil.
5. Spread mixture into a thin circle. Cook wraps over medium heat.
*Wraps can be made in batches and frozen*
