High Protein Elevated Avo Toast

𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿:
60g shelled edamame (I use frozen and defrost them in the microwave)
50g avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Garlic powder to taste
Salt
Chilli flakes (optional)
Bagels, or bread of choice toasted.
Sauerkraut and dukkah to top (optional but HIGHLY recommend)
8-25g protein depending on the bread you use*
