Cappuccino Overnight Oats


Ingredients

40g oats

1 tsp chia seeds

40g vanilla protein

1 shot of coffee

¼ cup vegan yoghurt

150ml almond milk

Yoghurt and 3g chia seeds for top

Cacao for top


Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Combine yoghurt and chia seeds in a small bowl pour on top of oats.

2. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.

4. Dust with cacao
