Apple Pie Baked Oats


30g rolled oats

40g vegan vanilla protein powder

1tsp chia seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2tsp baking powder

40g banana

200ml almond milk

1/2 apple cut into chunks

Maple syrup


1. Blend all ingredients except apple, until smooth.

2. Pour into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 6-7 mins until cooked.

3. Place apple into a small bowl and microwave for 1min or until softened. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon and maple syrup to the apple and mix well.

4. Top oats with apple, maple syrup and any extras.
