I'm a Melbourne-based lover of all things health, fitness, mindset, and motivation. I'm a qualified fitness trainer and am currently studying my Bachelor of Food and Nutrition.
I have one goal, to inspire others to level up their lives and create sustainable health change! Health is not linear. It's a culmination of the daily choices we consciously choose to make and it all starts with the YOU.
We should probably get one thing straight from the start and that's that I don't do the mediocre very well... We only get one shot at this wild adventure we call life. I believe in living from outside your comfort zone, taking risks, putting time into yourself, and giving a sh*t about your health. Your health is the greatest asset you have, and you hold the power over it.
My approach to Training
I'm a qualified fitness trainer with a background as a boxing trainer, yoga, and pilates teacher. I take a multi-dimensional approach to training and firmly believe what you do outside the gym in terms of mindset, recovery, and general wellbeing is just as, if not more, important than the work you put in at the gym. Focusing on all elements of wellbeing synergistically helps to facilitate lasting change.
My approach to Food
What we choose to fuel our bodies with holds immense power over our health. It can either help to optimise your training, recovery and general wellbeing or adversely affect it, and it's one thing you have total control over! My motto is 'more plants, less processed' however I can equally appreciate a good donut or the odd treat and the importance of balance! Nutrition isn't linear and what works for one may not work for others. However, it's about being armed with the proper knowledge to make informed choices and facilitating a healthy relationship with food.
